My Approach
Leadership coaching is one thing, but navigating what it means to lead within the context of ministry and the demands of pastoral leadership is another. Our journey will be guided by a Jesus-Centered Coaching model. I take a collaborative, prayerful and goal-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can clarify vision, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your mission.
My Specialties
My role is to support and empower you to be the best steward of what God has entrusted to you. With 15+ years of ministry experience, my specialities and expertise range from team management, annual planning, culture setting, communication, conflict management, and launching new ministries, to training, speaking and the critical skills in between.
