It would be way better if we were doing this over a cup of coffee (Dunkin' preferably), but until then... You'd discover pretty quickly that I passionately love the Lord, my family, my community here in the suburbs of Chicago, and anything that smacks of adventure. My husband and I met when we were 12 (yep!) and we are living our dream raising three boys (a 10 year old, 7 year old, and 1 year old). In addition to snacks, I also carry an emergency confetti popper in my bag just in case there's something to celebrate. Always be prepared, right?

I have had the privilege of serving church leaders globally for over 15 years through non-profit and parachurch organizations focused on children's and family ministry. Most recently, I served as the CEO of an international ministry network for 6 years. I resigned in the spring of 2023 after discerning with the Lord that my assignment had been fulfilled. Today, you'll find me cherishing time with my family, serving the community in front of me, volunteering and serving as an Elder at the Messianic Jewish congregation we attend, coaching pastors around the country, and preaching in churches. I'm also the founder of a new ministry called The Sabbath Table - a community committed to setting tables where God's Word is the feast and disciples of Yeshua grow in unity with one another. With a degree in Psychology with dual majors in Life Coaching and Christian Counseling, coaching has always been influential in how I lead people. The flourishing of pastors and ministry leaders is a passion that has motivated me from the start of my career. I've worked with thousands of churches of varied sizes and denominations - both inside and outside the USA. One thing has proven common and true for all of them: pastors and ministry leaders need a team of Jesus-centered, prayerful individuals supporting them... and as a ministry coach, I see myself as a part of each coachee's home team.
